We are honored to build on a rich history
the "pool on the rock" of the Thermal hotel complex, built in the Brutalist style.
A unique building according to the architects' project
Faith and Vladimir Machoninov was
commissioned in 1976.
The dominant feature of the building was the large swimming pool built
on a rock with an adjacent building with 5 floors, which, in addition to the swimming pool, offered an exclusive cafe with an incredible view of the historic center of Karlovy Vary and the surrounding wooded hills.
Today, the top floor of the Saunia Thermal Resort pool building houses the stylish Varyo restaurant .
